About This Role

You'll be embedded in a bootstrapping AI consulting firm, helping build the operational infrastructure from the ground up. This isn't a corporate internship with busy work. You'll own real business operations and use AI tools as your primary productivity multiplier.

What You'll Do

• Draft and manage client proposals using AI tools — from scope to pricing
• Build and maintain invoicing, payment tracking, and financial workflows
• Research markets and competitors for Sumvid's service offerings
• Develop marketing plans and content strategy for lead generation
• Create financial forecasts and budget models for project planning
• Manage operational processes: vendor contracts, tool subscriptions, compliance docs
• Use our internal AI suite as your primary productivity multiplier in every task

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Self-motivated — you don't need someone telling you what to do next
• Comfortable with ambiguity — this is a bootstrapping environment, not a structured corporate program
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, formulas)
• Genuine interest in AI and how it transforms business operations
• Clear written communication — you'll draft client-facing documents
• Bonus: Experience with AI tools, CRM software, or basic data analysis
